Yes, I would rather have someones hate than their pity because, I would rather have someone hate me rather than feel sorry for me.

I agree with Ponyboy, I would rather have someone’s hate than their pity. I would rather have their hate because their hate can always go away, but pity would make me feel upset with myself. Pity seems to never leave. Hatred can always be taken away with some help, but I would find it harder to take away pity. So, I do agree with Ponyboy.
